Please note that an extension of our usual Returns & Exchange policy will apply to Christmas gifts. We are able to process returns/exchanges received by Monday 16th January of goods purchased within November and December. All other terms still apply.
Goods must be received back within 14 working days to: Simply Stella Ltd. for either an exchange or a refund. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Goods must be sent postage paid. We recommend that you send any returns, "royal mail signed for service" as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
Goods must be sent in resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached and reciept of purchase.
Custom Made items and special orders are non-refundable
SALE ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR A CREDIT ONLY.
Where possible please enclose the returns form, or state clearly your name, address and telephone number as well as your instructions. Straight exchanges (same item but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by
Simply Stella LTD. for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for a different style ordered in exchange, or any additional items.
Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible; however this may take up to 14 days.
Every effort is made to ship orders in one complete shipment. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email. We will ship the available goods first and ship the remaining Items as soon as they become available.
